This item came quickly and in good shape. I needed to adjust the chain level from the baskets, but it was easy. I'm just storing 60-10 pieces of fruit in it, it seems to be more than robust enough. If you plan to charge order, you can buy heavier chain at the hardware store and replace that part (it would be easy to do). This was worth the purchase.
