purchased three tier basket not even month ago secured hook to roof and added three pound bag of small apples and three small bananas. during the day the basket fell apart at tier chains sending fruit all over kitchen. I initially thought it was a very nice looking product but after it fell apart at chains, I'm beginning to wonder if it is suppose to be functional or just for looks with plastic fruit?

I was looking for a long time for a Tier Kitchen Basket and this is exactly what I wanted. It arrived fast and I hung it up right away. It has been filled with 15 apples, 20 Lemons (bottom), 5 biiig onions and Garlic (in the middle), a bunch of cherry tomatoes on top. It is stable and sturdy - I used also a very thick nail in the wall to hang it. Great deal and good quality!
